African Cats: Kingdom of Courage takes us deep into the world of wild, teaching us endless lessons on the way. Set in the overpowering backdrop of the African savanna, the movie befriends us with a close knit canine family in the jungle, which is replete with all the emotions that one can expect to be ingrained in a family. The movie centers on an endearing cub named Mara, whose sole aim in life is to emulate her mother, who’s a lioness with a killer attitude and a compassionate heart.
On the other hand, is Sita, a female cheetah who’s single-handedly bringing up five mischievous cubs. Along with laying focus on battles that these cats have to face while raising a family in the treacherous terrains of the wild, the movie also throws in a dash of drama, as it features the battle involving Fang, who rules the roost and has to face a strong rival in the form of a banished lion, who has made an unexpected comeback.
